Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery to most addresses within the United Kingdom. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses at this time.
Delivery Timescales & Costs
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
- Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days): FREE on all orders.
- Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days): £4.99
Please allow extra time for deliveries during public holidays and sale periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Failed Deliveries & Instructions
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address. We are not responsible for parcels left in a safe location as per your instructions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please initiate a return through your account on our website within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
