Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your surfanicluggage.com purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy Details

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

How to Initiate a Return

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us at the Returns Center.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent you the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
